I have been coaching leaders for over 25 years at Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations, as a leader, a leadership coach and a talent advisor. 

 I have extensive experience in leadership development program design and facilitation, and I have passion for delivering experiential learning in virtual, classroom and outdoor settings. 

Core to my practice is the belief that leaders cannot reach their full potential without taking themselves out of their comfort zones. I also believe that leadership development is a holistic process that must engage not only the mind, but also the body, heart and spirit. 

Since 2005, I have had the honor and privilege to be the steward of Changing Sky Retreat, a beautiful 80-acre property in Arizona.  I facilitate coaching sessions virtually, from the retreat, and at the retreat for clients who want to explore their leadership journey with me in nature.  Over the last 19 years, I have facilitated many nature-based retreats there to help individuals remove the obstacles standing in the way of achieving their dreams. 

 The view from the retreat is an ever-changing, endless horizon that beckons visitors to think about new possibilities, ways of being and ways of leading. Much like our lives, the sky overhead is an ever-changing palette reminding us that nothing stays the same, including our own personal horizon.  At the retreat, we explore how we respond to the changing palette of our lives, examine the choices that we make at critical moments, and reflect on what is calling to us over the horizon.
